This Privacy Policy explains how Logocare Air Solutions Sdn. Bhd. ("LogoCare Air", "we", "us"), registration number 202201047733 (1489552-P), handles personal data collected through the website logocare.pro and in the course of providing air-conditioning services. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only what we need to schedule and perform our work:

• Identity and contact data — your name, phone number, email address and service address, provided through our booking form, by phone or by WhatsApp.
• Job data — the type of unit you own, the fault you describe, service history with us and any photos you choose to send.
• Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) generated automatically when you browse this site.

2. How We Use It

• To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and confirm appointments.
• To dispatch a technician to the correct address and carry out the agreed work.
• To honour our 90-day workmanship warranty, which requires keeping a record of past jobs.
• To issue invoices and keep accounting records as required by Malaysian law.
• To improve this website through aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have expressly asked to receive them.

3. Legal Basis and Consent

By submitting our booking form you consent to the processing described here. Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (for example, storing your address so a technician can attend), that necessity forms our basis under the PDPA. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, though this may prevent us from providing services to you.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

Your data is shared only with: (a) our own employed technicians, to the extent needed for the job; (b) service providers such as our web hosting company, bound by confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities where disclosure is required by law. We do not transfer personal data outside Malaysia except where our hosting infrastructure requires it, and then only with appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

Enquiry data that does not lead to a job is deleted within 12 months. Job and invoice records are kept for 7 years to satisfy tax and warranty obligations, after which they are securely destroyed.

6. Security

Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it, protected by individual credentials. Our website transmits form data over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our measures regularly and act promptly on any suspected breach.

7. Your Rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, and withdraw consent to further processing.
